HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SHANA!
Have an awesome sweet 16.
See you in november, babe!
I got confirmed! To my non-catholic blog readers (I talk as if I have a million followers), confirmation is this just this church ceremony you have to do as a teenager where the dress code is all white making us look like the pure innocent angels we're not.Have an awesome sweet 16.
See you in november, babe!
Ray and I needed to go the toilet 5 minutes before church began, so we had to run. So there we were, running across the huge church parking lot in our all white attire, my skirt flying around my knees, giggling like little girls. We looked like we were running away from our own wedding. We were dressed in all white right down to our underwear. Ray and I promised each other we'd wear white undies. HAHAH.
For confirmation, the bishop holds mass instead of the usual priest and he has to wear this tall pointy hat which I couldn't take my eyes off. I was resisting the urge to run up to the altar, grab it off his head and put it on. Ray was sitting behind me and I knew she was thinking the same thing too. After mass, instead of congratulating each other, the first thing we talked about was the hat.
You know what? This happened in august which was 2 months ago so I can't really remember anymore. Rachel is pretty much never going to give me the confirmation pictures so just decided to get the post over with.
Random;
Me: "you know I'm so easily influenced."
Rachel: "in what way?"
Me: "I was watching the history channel and it made me wanna study sejarah."
Rachel: "well-"
Me: "then I was watching this medical show, Second Opinion with Dr. Oz which I am now obsessed with by the way, and it made me wanna study bio."
Rachel: "so what did you study in the end?"
Me: "oh, I didnt study. I went on facebook instead."
