Finally, CNY holidays are here. I'm looking forward to waking up at noon for a whole week. I need to catch up on my sleep. I've been surviving the past two weeks with an average of 5 hours of sleep every night. I waste my time during the day so I'm always up late doing last minute homework, downloading music or talking on the phone. Why do people like calling me late at night?
I want to start tuition at Kasturi but every time I go, something always gets in the way. The first time, I forgot my money for fees, the second time, I got lost trying to find the centre (what's new?), the third time, I just decided not to cos I realized I had missed too many classes for this month. I would like to believe this is a sign from God telling me I dont need to study but I know it's quite unlikely.
So instead of tuition, Priyanka took me around Petaling Street which is opposite Kasturi. The last time I went to Petaling Street I was 12 so I was a little thrilled about being there. People there are such cheats and kind of sleazy. Constant wolf whistling and gawking and shouting pet names. I'd never go there alone. Oh, Priyanka made me try air mata kucing. It's nice.
I almost got chased by a giant chicken. There was this chicken mascot thing that was like 6 feet tall and was walking behind Priyanka and me. I was really thrilled at first. I was all "OMG, GIANT CHICKEN!" but then it started stomping its feet so we started walking faster and so did the giant chicken. So we walked even faster and so did the chicken. I was freaking scared at this point, my heart was racing and I was getting ready to run but then this white guy tried to take a picture with the chicken so it stopped following us. Thank God for white tourists. Petaling street is a scary place.
Went to McDonalds in Carrefour for lunch after school with Gurmeet, Boon Hoe, Zaim, Priyanka, Jwalita and Suneeta. We passed by this car with a chinese couple in it in the parking lot and Boon Hoe goes *gasps* "chinese people!" HAHAH! I told him when I grow up, I'm gonna keep a bald man as my pet so I can rub his shiny head everyday. Boon Hoe and Priyanka doubled over laughing on the sidewalk. Had to cross the road many times today. As usual, I ran across screaming. Gurmeet's dad saw me.
Me: "hi uncle. I dont know how to cross roads."
Gurmeet's Dad: "I can see that."
On a different topic, you totally made my day with that rose. (:
